WARRANTY INFORMATION

Thank you on choosing Indy Door Doctor for your door installation needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. As part of our commitment, we offer a 6-month warranty on repair services for doors installed by our company. Please read the following information carefully.

1. Labor Warranty:

a) Indy Door Doctor provides a 6-month warranty on all labor services performed by our technicians.

b) The labor warranty covers any defects in workmanship or installation errors.

c) The labor warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of installation.

d) During the warranty period, if any issues arise due to our labor services, Indy Door Doctor will rectify them free of charge.

e) The labor warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications to the door or related components.

 

2. Door Warranty:

a) In addition to our labor installation warranty, customers may register their new products directly with the door manufacturer for possible additional product warranties.

b) The door warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing, as specified by the manufacturer.

c) The duration of the door warranty may vary depending on the specific door model and manufacturer.

d) The door warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, improper maintenance, or alterations made by individuals other than Indy Door Doctor.

3. Warranty Claims:

a) To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify Indy Door Doctor in writing or by phone within the warranty period.

b) The customer must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue when filing a warranty claim.

c) If a warranty claim is approved, Indy Door Doctor will schedule a service appointment or coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

 

4. Warranty Limitations:

a) Indy Door Doctor's warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer who purchased the labor or door services.

b) Any repairs or modifications made by individuals other than Indy Door Doctor or the manufacturer may void the warranty.

c) The warranties provided by Indy Door Doctor are subject to our service contract and set forth by the manufacturer's warranty.

 

5. Warranty Exclusions:

a) Indy Door Doctor shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the labor or door warranty services.

b) Indy Door Doctor shall not be liable for any damage or issues resulting from pre-existing conditions or inadequate structural support.

c) Normal wear and tear of parts or components.

d) Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or acts of nature.

e) Any modifications or alterations made to the product/service by unauthorized personnel.

f) Loss or damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or maintenance guidelines.

 

By availing of Indy Door Doctor's labor and door warranty services, the customer acknowledges that the customer have read, understood and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These may be subject to change without prior notice, and the most recent version shall apply.
